Well I'd say 1.5x the maximum mission area extent.  No one will fire 3 maps' distance to snipe a helicopter driver.

Why is everyone saying that hitscan (raycasting) weapons are easier? If a weapon uses rays instead of projectiles, it's 7x harder to use.

projectiles require leading and being aware of both your own velocity and your target's velocity, whereas projectiles are just point and shoot with no delay between shoot and hit

Point is that the delay will be just long enough so the ray cast has a 4-second delay, traveling at a velocity of ~450.  Are you all getting where I am going with this?

Well I'd say 1.5x the maximum mission area extent.  No one will fire 3 maps' distance to snipe a helicopter driver.
I say fog distance limit.
And yes, I would do that.
I'm that kind of sniper.

I think when I last measured when I was testing the old T-T, it was somewhere around 2 64x64s long for the T2 snipers. I forgot to measure the pistols to see if it variated back then, but it's definately something I'll focus on whenever I start the guide again.

Uh, the ammo system toggle doesn't work at some parts. If I set it to 2, weapons fire like the basic gun without ammo or reloading. But if I set it to either 0 or 1, it is just the same like before new year update.

It's 7 times easier to predict movement than to focus your aim directly on a specific object.

Hey bushi, can you add an RTB pref for ammo called "The Ship"?

Basically, when a weapon's magazine is empty, you throw it away.
It's also pretty useful for racing.

It's so that people don't herpaderp and put it in addons. The .rar is supposed to be unzipped into addons, as it has the .zips of all the sets.
