No matter what I do, I cannot get melee package 1 to work. I've downloaded it multiple times, enable it, and the weapons won't show up in game. I think the package is messed up or something.

Well most of them. All of the pistols wont fire except the Pistol and duo version. RPG and Grenade Launcher aren't showing up, and lever action rifle and hunting rifle(?) aren't shooting.

Also, are there supposed to be this many Melee errors?

The Rocket and Grenade Launcher pack requires the default Rocket. Other then that, unsure what's up.

Critical hit emote? Default gun and rocket launcher enabled?

QUITE SO I believe since some people can't get programs due to no administrator privileges.

This happened to me and i had to reinstall blockland for it to work. The new weapons didnt show up at all when i played dah game. However i didn't place my addons into My Documents/Blockland/Addons
