After years in development and tons of stupid stuff piled on top of existing stupid stuff, T+T is still absolute garbage.


The riot shield doesn't do anything as you'd imagine to and people can shoot at you for a full day while you are totally unable to shoot back and kill you no matter what. The point of the shield should be to cross open spaces without fear and it does not serve that purpose in any way, shape, or form.

The syringe gun doesn't give any description for what the forget it does and I still have no idea.

All weapons using the infuriating knock-back thing that makes aiming impossible are disgusting and I hate them.

The heavy machine gun I used both slowed you down and did not compete with any weapon at point blank range. Either slow the person down or have rapid fire with light damage. Pick one, not both.

I do not understand the purpose of having ammunition in a TDM. I just don't get it. Why does it matter how much ammo I have in capacity? Why does everyone need to drop stuff when they die? I can understand limiting explosives but I don't think the lifespan of any character is great enough to which you'll expend 24 single-shots crossbow bolts. It might be fun for a ZAPT style scavenger survival thing but for all other purposes it's 100% useless and needs an off switch.



Your heavy emphasis on realism in a game where your character is a phantom limb lego character running around summoning bricks out of thin air is disgusting and unfun and I pray every day that this game will have a weapon pack with an emphasis on balance and not whatever the forget you're gunning for.

Knowing Bushido's lack of foresight I imagine it turns off ammo capacity for grenades and explosives as well, correct? That would be why people will keep it on.

6 days ago was literally the 2nd anniversary of this mod. He's had 2 years to maintain things and instead all he does is bloat it out of control. There's a dozen different variations for every weapon and they all are horrendously loud (because apparently Audacity is too hard to figure out), yet there are still enormous cognitive errors in how the basic setup for the default weapons are done.

I can understand having the riot shield break, or something. After 500 damage or something yeah sure have it smash into tiny pieces. You could even set up states to have the glass crack after a certain amount of damage. Dampening incoming fire is not a callsign of the riotshield at all. Nobody is going to look at a big construct of bulletproof glass and steel and think, "Oh, I'm still going to get shot, but it'll hurt less. :)"

Same thing with the syringe. It's counter-intuitive. Apparently it heals you a "little bit" and then has to "recharge", like after I stab myself with it I plug it into a AC adapter and let it sit for a few seconds.


And the other thing that annoys me greatly is how big all the fonts are. Everything is like, font-size 32. "HOLY stuff YOU ONLY HAVE SO MANY BULLETS. HOLY forget YOU HEALED THAT GUY. YOU'RE OUT OF AMMO! YOU NEED TO RELOAD!!!"

It's like I'm being screamed at by my HUD.


The entire thing is unenjoyable and I'm pissed off because everything Bushido makes has the potential to be good but he ruins it with his own stupid ass ideas.


I prefer ammo limitations in deathmatches, it keeps players from cheaply spamming you into a corner with no reprocussions. I pretty much ignore all dm servers that do not use T+T.

I don't think there really is anything I really dislike about this pack, (except that charge cannon, but that's another story).

However, there are probably plenty of people like you, CityRPG, who just can't stand T+T. You know what, fine! You just can't please everyone and T+T is no exception. There are plenty of packs out there, take your pick.

It's not fine. I can't ignore the mod when 90% of servers use it because it's the most-decent option.

He can improve the pack and that's what he should do. Stop adding more stuff, fix what's already not good. You can start by making the Riot shield work as it's supposed to, decreasing the font size (and using a Mac-compatible font), and getting rid of that god awful jumpy-glitchy stuff you added to all of the big guns that make the mod totally unusable.

Then, get someone who knows how to make the sounds less obnoxious.

I don't want to have to squint to see how much ammo I have left

I'm trying to remove the Riot Shield and the Chainsaw from the melee extended II pack, because I prefer Space Guy's Riot Shield and TheGeek's Chainsaw. I've been able to fully delete the riot shield, but how can I delete the chainsaw? It won't completely leave, it still shows up as a sword model on my server.

I guess I'm not catching what you're saying by a jumpy glitch in the big guns. Unless you're refering to the player animations?

Grenade Launcher request : L-TAG, that fancy shmancy grenade launcher from Crysis 2. (could probally be called futuristic grenade launcher)



If it was made, a brief idea of how it would function would be nearly the same as the original grenade launcher from T+T1 with the exception of a longer range and faster velocity, yet doesn't explode on impact to anything in the way.

Appearance: Similar to the picture, exept blockier; white projectile grenade (indicates danger).

Damage Control : A high radius damage competes with the projectile damage. Radius = 70 - 90 Damage, while the projectile does about 10 - 25 damage extra for that final burst.

Balancing : Takes several seconds to reload (7 - 10), holds up to 5 grenades with 1 per reload, averages out to 35 - 50 second to empty entire load. High radius damage will pay off against targets who just love those corners and indoor rooms, along with far reach. It's like using a handheld mortor! Easy payment of $19.95 to be shipped to your local military!

Ok, Solid, what all have you removed concerning the chainsaw and where did you remove it?

iban's complaints in a nutshell: "baww i don't know how to properly utilize these weapons and always get my ass kicked in tdms baww"

What about some kind of knifing animation like in BF3/Halo Reach? Like instead of critical hit when hitting someone in the back it's an assassination. It would work with the Combat Knife, Chief Knife, and maybe the Machete.
