I like the way you did the military sniper, and how it becomes inaccurate if you try to shoot faster.

Also, just a question, how are the tiers organized? Is tier 2 stronger than tier 1? or is Tier 1A stronger than tier 1? i just need to know so that i can balance deathmatches

T1 = T1A (except for Pistols Akimbo)
T2 > T1
Tf2 Basic Melee is approximately "tier 1" melee
Bushido's melee set is approximately "tier 2" melee

Make a tier with grenades for instance a decent smoke and flash maybe a detonated bomb or a realistic grenade explosion like gravity cats grenade.
