I got giddy notes of joy when I first fired it out. I assume if used PROPERLY it'd be a killer anti-vehicle weapon, but then again, this is the game where a Rocket Launcher is considered a finishing weapon.

Flak cannon is awesome but aren't flak shells supposed to have spread?
i dont know because i dont know much about gun

I haven't gotten to try it yet, but from what I hear, it's a shotgun that fires a massive amount of shrapnel.

Actually it's a grenade launcher that fires a shell that constantly explodes during it's flight time. Think it was designed with AA in mind.

Most AA-based Flak guns work under similar mechanics, yes. Though I'm not quite sure how the full mechanics work myself for such weapons, the point is the burst of flak is supposed to help with hitting fast-flying air targets.
