Just take some time and be patient with animating. Rushing is not the way to go for animating. Are you new? If you are, these are pretty good. I didn't even know about frame-by-frame in Flash until a few months afterward. I just did motion tweening, LoL.

It's Flash before Adobe bought it from Macromedia. (When Macromedia still had Flash/Fireworks/etc.)
