Return to Blockland menu does not show up

For some reason, when I save the Return to Blockland file in my add-ons folder, unlike my last computer, the menu will not appear when I start Blockland.

Are you sure the returntoblockland file is a zip file or a folder? if it's a folder, it needs to be a zip.
