the context and spirit of the rules should be taken into account as well.
because there are plenty times when flaming is ok,

or when someone writes a wall of text, and somewhere in there a strong of "i don't care" is found, and some starfish thinks he should report it.
even though that rule has nothing to do with actually caring about anything or not.
