What the hell, computer...

SO yeah, as i have been noticing, whenever i try to download stuff off the internet, i run the installer that goes with it...

The problem is, it doesnt let me use the installer.

My computer starts rubling when it loads the installer, and the "Do you want to allow this" Window doesnt want to come up.

I check in my Processes list, it says the installer is running, yet i still cant do it.

Does anyone know whats going on?

Okay, 10 minutes later, i already deletted the installer.


Now im getting the "Do you want to run this" Menu...


Whatt the hell? It pops up 10 minutes later?

1. download program installer

2. Double click to run

3. It doesnt run

4. Check processes tab on Task manager

5. IT shows the installer is running

6. Where is the installer, why isnt it on my screen if it is running in processes.

7. Delete installer

8. 10 minutes later, administrator windows appears "Do you allow access to this program?"

I can't make sense of it because of all of the grammatical and spelling errors, it wouldn't be so hard to read even though he's not making much sense to begin with. :\

it takes me 3 hours and 45 minutes to install a 1 gb file.

if all else fails, back up files and reformat. It fixes just about everything!
