I was just wondering, cause everyone I talk to says something different. It seems like there is only freebuilds and crappy RPs up nowadays, except they're always full! Wth?

Because all you're doing is running in random directions expecting to eventually reach the end.

Change mazes to challenges.

I do have challenges, and your point is valid, but im just building up my internet rep right now. Its much less maintenance to keep it running, and way less lag.
