Is there a Pack of tools for fires in BL because one player John has it?

I'm making a Family Rpg. I was using TDM for like jobs instead of fighting. I made a fire fighter team. Then I was searching through my wepons for a fire tool, but of course I didn't have one. Then I rememberthis guy John hosting a hotel and he liked to set it on fire with these fire tools. So I was just searching for a pack like that right now but I couldnt find anything. Could anyone post me a link to get it? Plz?

If I remember correctly, I had to pull it out of the RTB2 archive.
