for some reason team 1 is normal blockhead, while team 2 is a floating head, how do i fix this?

What colorset are you using?
I used AndreZ for a TDM server and it made floating heads

he didn't give any, and btw, the colorset is "color set extended" i think, it's default with extra colors (on RTB)

I'm pretty sure the disguise kit does cause that then, disable it and see if it goes away.
