What Should I look for In an Admin.

After Years of trying I got a Server i can run my server off of that is NOT my Pc. But Now i have a Problem. I have been gone so long that ether my old admins have left Blockland or Changed there names so I can't Trust anyone saying YOU REMEMBER ME RIGHT. I WAS YOUR ADMIN. So Now I have to Look for New admins. I just wonted your thoughts in what i should look for and who i should watch out for. This is Not a Open Topic to be Bombed with People asking me for admin on my server. Cookie for your thoughts?

No, This is one of the worst ideas.

Don't give admin to anyone if you're permanently there. Only give it to people if you run a dedicated (and only one or two people) or to a single person if you're leaving for an hour.

I only let people be admins (rarely) when I nothing loaded or I want to see their builds.

Just because someone is your friend, doesn't mean they should be admin.
Just because they're good at building/scripting/whatever, doesn't mean they should be admin.

Friendship and irrelevant talents do not make someone a better admin.
I've seen people who were made admin because they made one or two parts in a crappy challenge, and all they do after that is fly around and kill people while the host is away.

My Closet Friends are not on blockland any more, Or changed there name and I cant trust the fact that they SAY they used to be my admin.

What would be the safest way to find that out I only have 1 server that is up? What Would you do?

So your saying that I cant just Hold a Challenge to Find a admin? Again What would you so to find them.

I wouldn't SEARCH for them. I would just see who I could trust to do a good job as an admin.
Generally through two ways:
-While hosting, don't give anyone admin. See how they act over maybe a month's time. If they're obedient, and often inform you of people who are breaking your rules and never wrong about reporting, then it's a good admin.
-While playing in other servers, see whether or not the admins are abusive there. If they aren't doing their job, keep this in mind. Never let that person be admin.

Hehe thats how i pick my admins! But any of the players that wouldn't be a good admin usually don't finish my challenges. They're too busy cursing at me.

You could just leave a message for the people connecting to the server. For example you could have "Host is away, behave or a thousand guppies will nibble your toes off while you sleep." or something like that.

My rules are if I am building no one else is admin! I get to many people that want to "help" knowing that they wont be much "help".
