Is it's image dimentions 75x75? Right click the image and click properties to see if the origional is.

the original is not i tried to resize in photobucket and did not work

Because you resized it to 75x50px

I resized the original to 75x75 on photobucket but it saved as 75x58 on blockland?!!?
