How wide is a regular 1x1 brick in grid units? Also, how tall is a flat brick in grid units?

A default full texture is one 32x32, I figured out.

A 1x1f is 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.2 in constructor units.

So a 1x1 is 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.6
