I cant find any good first time tutorials. >_<
I can't even change shapes

Find Super3Boy on Youtube, and you'll be ready to go. I couldn't even make a key and/or color things. Then I watched all of his tutorials, and I made the Pelican that Heed stole.
Actually, you ripped the Pelican out of the PC Halo game.
Heed (Or was it someone else, either way..) told me about it. And I'd believe anyone over you any day of the week. You are fishy.

I started with Blender and had no problems
Once tried Milkshape after I used Blender
My experience is that blender is faster with models

Blender = Hard to use, and crappy.
Milkshape = Easy to use, and decent.
Google Sketchup = Most epic win ever, doesn't support DTS exporting though.

How exactly do you model with milkshape? extrude shapes or just peice them together?

Milkshape and blender are good. Blender is real good, but I have never used Milkshape. If you do want something free and easy to use, try Google Sketchup. It doesn make necessary ploys, butis still a really easy thing to use. If you do make models with this, you'll need blender to connect the shapes of the same color.
