Dude, we can't just let anyone in the team. People must be filtered. We have enough modellers and decallers for now. You need to learn to say "no" to people.

A) He didn't ask to join the project
B) He didn't read what needed to be done
C) He did things without premission
D) His modelling skills are not good enough (yet)

So tell me why the hell we should let him in? Once he gets better, he should be able to join. I don't want random people joining the team because not only will the team be huge, but it will also have bunch of people who will say they want to do something, and either one, never do it, or two, doing it horribly.
