Lucky. I just get freeware, like Blender. It's hard at first, but awesome
However, my school gives me access to all of the software because of my classes.

Lucky >:(
We get anim8or which is stuff program. It's like giving an artist only 3 colors generic brand crayons and saying "ok, make me something pretty" and stamping a big ol F on the POS product.

I'm 100% sure you can get 3d cad files into inventor. I haven't used inventor since highschool though. My college doesn't have any licenses for it, even on the engineering accounts. Hopefully they've got the student version up on their site and they didn't take out the import/export features like they did with Maya.

What format do you have the minufig in? Are you using m.dts that you ran through shaper or one of the ones floating around in 3ds or obj formats?

I have a 3ds Blockhead.

Does Max 10 have an exporter yet?
For DTS? Highly unlikely due to Torque 3D using a new file format.

What kind of computer do you need to run it?

A Super computer?

But the Architecture made me climax. That thing is amazing.

I run it with low lag on my moderately good laptop.

I assume you're talking about Revit? That thing is some serious stuff. We're learning how to use it this semester. I guess it can cause someone to have a capitalized climax. :p
