Buffer Overrun Detected!

It's simple. I join a server, and there is a chance I get a buffer overrun and my BL crashes. It only happenes sometimes, like on Liquid's server.

Any help? I don't believe add-ons have done this.

Console log, and chances are more than liekly it IS add-ons.
