Author Topic: Best Vista FreeWare  (Read 924 times)

At night, I search something random on my iPod's YouTube app. I found a video showing 5 or 6 good freeware programs. The video actually made me switch from IE to FireFox. Another was CubeDesk (I'd like to know if this is worth buying, and if anyone would provide a safe link for me. Not sure which is the real site.), where you could essentially have 6 screens running at the same time. You click on a quick launch button at the bottom of your toolbar and you can choose from a cube design, to a cylindrical design, to the panels just layed out. I'm currently using a pretty cool program called RocketDock, you can google it to find out more. I highly recommend it. What are some of your favorite [Safe, clean] freeware programs?

Rocket dock for sure. Bumptop or something is a cool but wastes resources, and 3DNA is another cool thing that wastes resources.

That is 3DNA. It turns your desktop into a house. A HOUSE. You can customize the house too. It's free but limited unless you buy it :|

Bumptop and 3DNA are things I only recommend for showing off or for a work computer or something. To have those up while gaming is stupid.

Yeah, I had BumpTop before, that was pretty good but a bit laggy. I forgot what it's name is, but  found a new one, but it's not all pretty (Right click menus are normal Windows menus, etc.)'d up like BT is. 3DNA looks pretty cool, it's a whole house, not just that room?

Yep whole house.
