I'm also annoyed because of the brick limit. A lot of projects I wanted to start with my friends aren't possible.
Badsport described how easy it would be to increase the limit. His arguments, that there are problems because of the bandwidth, are mindless.
It should be logical, that you can't host 100000 bricks with a crappy hardware and connection. But there are also people who want to build more complex and who have a strong hardware and bandwidth.
Also a dedicated server isn't that resource hogging. And I don't care if I have to load 3 instead of 1 minute.
My suggestion is, that there should be no more limits, like the brickcount and bandwidth, because I can host servers with a 100 Mbit Up and Down connection located in Frankfurt. There should be only a config limit (which can be increased).
So if people change their config (the limit) they don't have the recommended settings any longer and then there CAN be problems.
