Author Topic: Deception!  (Read 6704 times)

I am discontent with the product I purchased. The features do not correspond to the product I got here. Building with "hundreds of thousands" of bricks is not possible and I do not have "endless possibilities", which it says in the features. "The only limit" is not my "imagination", it is the brick limit.
I also tested the product with the demo version. It tells me, if I do not want the demo limitation, I have to buy the game. But after I bought the game there is still a limit at about 130000 bricks.
Because of this misleading product description I want you guys from Blockland LLC © to give me a solution how to get the "endless possibility" and use the described features. Building with only ~130000 bricks is ridiculous!

When do you even get to 128,000? Anyway, that is the limit because the game can't handle more. Although, there is a glitch that allows more, but it gets very laggy.

Actually 128,000*

There is actually no limit but the limit your computer gives you. Which means how many bricks your computer can handle before the game crashes. Everyone here is happy with this and never reach 128,000 bricks anyway.

you can have a million bricks if you want single. just not multiplayer games.

but i think you should shutup about the limit till you post us the save of your 128k build.
because i think your full of stuff and would never get that much done.

~130000 bricks is ridiculous!

Why are you planning on building a spam tower?

I'm also annoyed because of the brick limit. A lot of projects I wanted to start with my friends aren't possible.
Badsport described how easy it would be to increase the limit. His arguments, that there are problems because of the bandwidth, are mindless.
It should be logical, that you can't host 100000 bricks with a crappy hardware and connection. But there are also people who want to build more complex and who have a strong hardware and bandwidth.

Also a dedicated server isn't that resource hogging. And I don't care if I have to load 3 instead of 1 minute.
My suggestion is, that there should be no more limits, like the brickcount and bandwidth, because I can host servers with a 100 Mbit Up and Down connection located in Frankfurt. There should be only a config limit (which can be increased).
So if people change their config (the limit) they don't have the recommended settings any longer and then there CAN be problems.

Here is the link where badspot wrote about the bricklimit.

It's not a glitch. It's a bypass of the engine limit.
The reason it gets laggy is the amount of bricks.

The glitch you describe allows me to have 130000 bricks instead of 128000.
And my computer doesn't give me a limit. I have an i7 windows root server with 8gb ram and a 100 mbit connection and blockland runs dedicated on that.

I do not want to build 3 houses only, if you understand. We are a builder group and so we have to build online. The server runs 24/7 and we build for weeks on a project. But then there is the limit...

You will most likely never get that many bricks in a build.

What you just said is:
"Badspots whole arguement is mindless because I say so and I'm going to ignore it and keep complaining about it even if it was already answered."

ITS NOT A GLITCH
You see, there some bugs in how bricks are loaded, until those are fixed it's not possible to raise the limit.
Also, some people may not have as good a computer to handle like 200,000 bricks.

You will most likely never get that many bricks in a build.

Of course we do not build all the bricks at one place...

Look at the first picture.
It's not lying, it says build with over 100,000 bricks. It's not misleading. Read the entire websight before you go on about how bad a product is.

Of course we do not build all the bricks at one place...
Do you think the limit means you can only build 120,000 ever?

Why are you planning on building a spam tower?
