I think the problem is not whether the statement is true or false.

The problem is that there IS a 128k limit what prevent us to get our projects finished.

Its not required to have a 1M limit by default. You could make a 128k limit per default and the possibility to raise it up to 1M in the Config file.
But exclude support  for everything above 128k. Maybe even a warning when you join to a server with over 128k bricks. I think this would make a lot of good builders happy.

Maybe i should post this under "Suggestions & Requests" i am not sure that Badspot will read this here in the "Drama".

The only way I could see this as a serious problem is if there was another $20 lego game that could hold 200k+ bricks without lag. Until then you are complaining about the best game available not being good enough for you. It is kind of like buying Crysis when it came out and maxing out the graphics and then complaining to EA that the graphics were not realistic enough for your personal tastes.
