Norton Installer keeps Appearing On Desktop!

It's starting to drive me crazy how every time I turn on my computer it re-appears there.  I have tried using the norton uninstaller program that I got off of google and it still didn't work.  I have ran multiple virus scans with AVG but it comes up with nothing!  Do you guys have any idea how to get rid of it.   

The website in the bottom bar is the website I got the uninstaller from.

Yeah, it does. I almost thought I downloaded some rogue antivirus when I installed it on someone's PC, and was like "oh stuff", Until I saw that it's just the new look. I like the old 4.8 CD-player sort of look though.

No stuff sherlock. I have a Windows box and a Mac box, I'm not a schmuck. Mac's aren't good for everything, and in fact, their hardware is very limited.
