Author Topic: Norton Installer keeps Appearing On Desktop!  (Read 3043 times)

It's starting to drive me crazy how every time I turn on my computer it re-appears there.  I have tried using the norton uninstaller program that I got off of google and it still didn't work.  I have ran multiple virus scans with AVG but it comes up with nothing!  Do you guys have any idea how to get rid of it.   :panda:

The website in the bottom bar is the website I got the uninstaller from.

The Communists dont like you deleting it

Yeah, Norton has a big problem of doing this.  I don't want Norton's bullstuff security!

Avast! <3
Although the 5.0 update makes it look like Spyware

I have never gotten a virus, and all I have is the free Microsoft Security Essentials.

Yeah, it does. I almost thought I downloaded some rogue antivirus when I installed it on someone's PC, and was like "oh stuff", Until I saw that it's just the new look. I like the old 4.8 CD-player sort of look though.

lol that's a Mac feature.
No stuff sherlock. I have a Windows box and a Mac box, I'm not a schmuck. Mac's aren't good for everything, and in fact, their hardware is very limited.
