Creeper Mod Intsall Help?

Ok i downloaded the Creeper Mod and copyed the .zip file into the Add On's folder but it doesnt seem to allow me to use the creeper in the game >.< anyone know what im doing wrong or something?

use RTB to adjust everything, and use /startcreepgame and /endcreepgame i think

I'm sorry i am new to the game Im not exactly sure what that even means >.< could you explain it a bit more in detail... sorry.

Firstly, go to your Add-Ons section at the Start New Game menu.
Enable Gamemod - Creeper
Then, while in the game type /newcreepgame to begin a new creeper game.
To end the creeper game, type /endcreepgame as phflack said.

I also think that Lord Tony made an epic creeper map to go with it.

Ok, i think i read that right if not im about to sound like a idiot lol

I put the .zip file into the AddOns folder but when im playing Blockland there are no options about making a creeper game or anything ill check again but im not sure. any advice maybe i did something wrong?
