Nope, there are mouse options. It definitely is harder to do things with a mouse, but once mastered, I have seen people that are amazing.

I personally prefer OpenCanvas. Although, PaintToolSAI seems to have more cool pen tools.

The only cool thing about open canvas was that you used to be able to connect to other people and draw with them. But then they took that feature out D:
