Is that a chestburster coming out of it's eye?
God damn man what happened in that picture?

Jesus-loving-Christ, take it to a vet.

I told you guys. it looked like this all day and luckily we explained the situation and got an a vet appointment coming up in an hour. My mom called and no one answered earlier, thats why we were so worried

Can the dog still walk? That would be a good sign at least, when the dog has a lot of trouble moving around is when you should  worry, I think. Although, I have also have a pug right now who is pretty old and seems fine, even though he has some trouble walking.

This reminds me of our dog that died at age 15 or so, but I think she was in worse condition then yours (she had a tumor in her stomach and some unknown fluid building up). Basically for a year before we had to finally put her down, she wasn't able to climb stairs anymore, so she'd bark really loud when she wasn't able to get up when we went to bed. For awhile one of us would bring her upstairs but eventually we got a big pillow for her downstairs. For the last few months of her life, you could tell she was in pain and had trouble breathing.

A day before my 14th birthday, we got a call from my mom saying she was going to be put down. We went to the vet and said our goodbyes, then left the room. There was one good thing though, they had just found out about the fluid and drained it. Our dog was looking much better, she might not have even been in pain, it was a nice sight to see her in for the last time. This happened in January, a month or two later I found Blockland.

Aww you richard! I just got back from Panda Express, seeing the eye bursting out of its head nearly made me vomit all over my entire desk.

Holy stuff that looks god awfully painful. I would put the dog down that looks like she/he might be in tremendous pain. Damn, eye damage makes me cringe.

You guys are overreacting we do not need to "put her down" shes only 8 and she shows no signs of pain and we are taking her to the vet, her other eye can still be cured sugically too. =P

I wasn't implying to actually put her down, but my dog had a cataract in her eye so this reminded me of her (not as bad as yours). I then took this as an opportunity to ramble :P

What the forget, that thing looks like it has to have some sort of strange disease for that to happen.

I... uhhh... Do I want to?
Is it shocking?

I misread the title and thought you meant your dog was ugly.

The first picture looks like it's got cancer in it's eye.
