You'll need to bring up your router config page. To do this, refer to your router manual for a URL to enter in your browser to show it.
Once you are at your router page, you will need to login. The default login for
most routers is:
Username:admin
Password:admin
If this does not work, you will once again have to refer to your router manual because most routers are different. Under 'setup', there should be a category called 'UPnP'. Click on it, click 'enable' then click 'apply'.
