My mission editor isnt working

it says that it is in my bl folder but it wont work it has a zipped sign by it if any body knows how to fix it please tell me.

Create a shortcut for Blockland. Right click on it and select properties. Then put -mod editor at the end of the target input box. Double click it and violà, mission editor.
