So, in time the server processes the header of the page until it prints out "Page created in 0.081 seconds with 16 queries." is the time that the page was created in. The server sends the page to the browser once it's created.

All it is is that the server is slow. This really isn't a competition so much as a human powered tool to check server speeds.
