Every Single Time I Try And Put A File Into The Blockland Addons floder it keeps on messageing up ERRORS Can Someone Please Help?

You may not have permissions to write to the folder which you have Blockland installed to, in which case you will need to contact your administrator (parents?) for an upgrade in privileges or whatever. Another thing which may do it is that you have some kind of web surfing filter which blocks downloading, which again means you need to contact the administrator of your network.

Those would be my first guesses, however without the error messages there is not much we can do to help you.
