Games / OpenGL Fullscreen Flicker

I am having a problem with all OpenGL games I own. The screen will flicker or just not load correctly. What I mean by this is that it will be mid flicker and not continue showing the latest image. The weird thing is that if I go into windowed mode the flickering completely goes away. The game still plays when it is in the flicker. I have Windows 8 and a Intel HD3000.

Drama / The Triangle Head- Ban For Being a Brony

I know this may start a flame but I need to get this out. Triangle will ban you just for being a brony. The chat logs are included bellow.

TL:DR Version: I say that spys and pyros move too fast. The-Blue-Spy says, "Ok Mr. brony. Triange says, "wait, stunty is a brony? aw HELL NO!" and starts a vote to kick me. The reason, "ban stunty for being a brony?" A lot of people said yes and one person said no. Got banned for the reason, "Come back when you aren't gay."
I personally think that this ban was very unjustified because he was fine with me until Spy said what he did. I really don't like when this stuff happens.

Hello. I am here today to tell you you guys that I am sorry. I have been a richard in the past and my recent drama, Cascord: A Rude Child, brought my attention to how dumb I can act sometimes. I am sorry for the brony clans and music packs. I am sorry for any hurt or anger I have brought to anyone. I am sorry to Cascord for the drama. It wasn't drama worthy. I hope I can fix any problems people have had with me. I am trying to turn over a new leaf here. If you need any help I can try. I want to show you guys I changed. I hope you can forgive me for my mistakes. Thank you for taking time to read this.

Drama / Cassord: A Rude Child

I was playing a CS:S Jailbreak because one of my friends invited me. Cassord joined and me and him were both CT's. He kept being the Warden and everyone got fed-up with him. While he was doing this he flamed me about being a brony and he kept calling me Stunty even though my Steam name in Gentleman Orange. That confused people. I then decided to be Warden for a round because he was hogging Warden. After my round was over he kept flaming me by saying how my voice was annoying and that I shouldn't be on the Blockland forums because it's a children's game and that I was 20, which I'm not. I am 13. After a while, and this was the best part, the admin told him to shut up and stop being an immature person or he would get kicked. He had a high voice and everyone wanted him muted but the admin didn't have a good enough reason to do so. He eventually left and I played for a long time. I later added him as a friend to see the real reason why he hated me. Log attached. If you want me to use an image hosting site I can but I didn't want to take up so much room on the page. He used his mic on the server and whenever someone had a bad mic he would start telling them to get a new mic and stuff. It would be ok if he was telling him respectfully but he was just acting rude. I hope everyone can avoid this kid from now on as he is very rude.

I have no experience in any coding. I'm going to the library eventually to get a book to Lear but I don't know what to learn. I'm looking for something not too hard and I kind of want to stay away from 3d modeling. I can't model for my life.
