Really.

The most incredible guy in the universe, end of story. He’s sweet, caring, and truly amazing. He isn’t concerned with himself at all, but instead he’s concerned with other people. He always knows the perfect thing to say and the right time to say it. He takes your breath away and leaves you speechless. And he has a way of making your heart melt like no one else ever will. Robert is so wonderful, it’s almost impossible to find the words to match.

Look up Robert. The others just compliment my name. They really don't match with my personality.
Well, actually, there is one different definition... Apparently 0.008% (10 200) of American girls are named Robert

Now I don't promote tribal jokes when I say this, but this was just too funny to pass up.

I have a buddy who gets pissed off very often. He was pissed off today. You understand so far? When he gets pissed off, he likes to do things like sitting in his chair backwards or hitting his head on his desk. Today he decided he'd wear a hat in class. He just sits there until the teacher notices and says the exact words:
"What about you is different from the others?"
Did I mention he's African Kenyan? What about the fact that he was the only African in the room?

I guess you can share your own stories similar to this one.

Have you ever played a game where you wake up somewhere in a usually white-grey tutorial room, which, when completed, triggers events that makes the whole world go to hell and you must save it?

What about a simple game with a catch (like Portal's portal gun), where everything goes to hell in the middle of the tutorial? You could occasionally find sign pieces that teach you new things and discover your past and... you get the point.

It's basically a sort of social network meets online economy meets arcade meets room decorator. I'm not particularly good at explaining things of this sort, but give it a try. It may seem overwhelming at first, but it's easy to figure out, even without the crapload of wiki articles they have. It helps build egos in the way that you can earn money in games and make a nice room and brag about it. You're generally free to do what you like. Also, if you have knowledge in Flash you can list stuff for others to buy. If you want to look for me in-game, my name is Spoadock. Identifying yourself as someone from these forums would probably earn you a bar (premium currency), considering not too many sign up and mooch them off of me.

I was playing a Grenade and Knife TDM and the platforms were made of wedges. Two things:

1. I threw a grenade that hit the edge of a platform and, because of the weird wedge physics, it bounced back.

2. I was the last on my team and I was running like hell from Kojolika or some other good knifer and I landed on a platform. Once again because of the weird physics, I jumped four bricks ahead and fell off.

I have some tips for building:

• Try to have things protrude, whether they're details or even a whole other wing of a spaceship, just don't make a huge square and call it a bar, cafe, house, etc.

• When building, try to use bigger bricks. Imagine a wall where * = a small brick.

Its more convenient to use:

See what I mean? Try to use small bricks for details, not as actual walls or something.

• Nobody expects your builds to be good right from the start, just look at different styles and use what you like to make your own.

• Try to look at real things or images when you need inspiration for a first build, the more you see, the more you are inspired.

• Builds not on baseplates are usually frowned upon, so make sure you try to use those.

Remember, we don't expect 'the most epic build ever' from you and you sure don't need to build one, just keep trying from what you learn. And if you ever spot me online or in the IRC, I'd be glad to help you further. Oh, and install mods and stuff as you deem necessary, I recommend Return to Blockland which contains the IRC feature I spoke of earlier.
