Eep.
"RAW" indicates that Windows believes the drive is unformatted, and a possible cause is because it can't access the MBR which tells Windows how the drive has been formatted, what partitions exist etc.
The first thing to do is, if possible, attempt to use the inbuilt Windows repair tools, such as Right-Click on the drive, then Properties>Tools, and then under "Error Checking" select "Check Now...", making sure to select both options. You can also try chkdsk from the Command Prompt (essentially the first option but sometimes it seems to do better?).
If that doesn't work, do as Foxscotch said and try using a Data Recovery tool such as Piriform Recuva. Unfortunately, these tools rely on certain parts of the Windows OS and so I can't guarentee this will work.
If you're still out of luck, you might need to try a tool like MBRWizard, BOOTICE or MBRtool, assuming that it really is the MBR that's forgeted up.
I wish you the best of luck. This kind of situation sucks but hopefully you can fix it.
