Duke, If you read the first statement I wrote, it says I KNOW THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF MEDIEVAL SERVERS LATELY! However, I wanted to make a thread that people can come up with ideas, and make a bunch of medieval addons that anyone can download for their own enjoyment! So far the only one who gets the idea is

Yeah I see that there are a lot about mass mods, but I want to have a thread to share ideas and encourage people to create medieval themed addons.

Any ideas?

There have been a lot of medieval servers lately and I've notices that a lot of the addons in the servers aren't available for download in the forums. I respect the fact that people want to have their mods on their servers only, so I made this post. This topic is to encourage people to make Medieval themed addons that people can download and play offline, or host in their own servers. Some examples of addons I would like to see are:

-New weapons
-New hats
-New events (such as ones to use with v9 cash mod: Ifcash, and set/add/subtract... Cash)
-Pickaxe item with different ore bricks
-skills
-monsters
-drops

These are just a few of my ideas, I want you to post your ideas and addons!

I have an idea for a good medieval Rpg. Unfortunately I know nothing about coding, so I was wondering if we could get a couple of Good Coders, and people to make 3d models, and we could put together a neat Rpg server I can host all day.

Here are some ideas:

-Leveling system (level up fighting different level enemies like bots with stats)
-Stats (stats you can level up like: dex, str, vit, and stuff to modify, damage you deal, health and stuff.)
-magic system (you can level up and gain spells that use the elemental weapons)
-Store events (events to make bricks that work with v9 cash mod to buy weapons and tools and sell ores)
-Drops (monsters you kill drop little sacs of money and maybe even a chance of a weapon or tool)
-Quests (Quest systems to gain experience and get rare weapons and tools)
-Skills (skills like mining, woodcutting, smithing, fletching which you can craft tools with stuff you collect)
Ex. Mining (A pickaxe tool and ore different ore bricks you mine as you level up your mining)
Ex. Smithing (have an event that lets you make weapons with your ores, higher level weapons need higher  smithing and better ores to make)

As you can see I could go on for ever, But I really hope some people will just work with me together to get this going. we could start kind of a beta with a few skills and stuff. Then we can update it often as we add new stuff.

If anyone thinks they could help with even a small part in this then please say so.

Does anyone know how to make an event that checks if you have enough money, and if you do, subtracts the money from your total. I want to make a door that you have to pay for it to open.

I realize that, and i have tried wallets mod but you cant have that on your own server, you have to be on wallets, dont you?

I run mainly rpg servers and I had quite a few mod ideas, but heres the catch... I have no idea how to make mods. So i was hoping maybe some people on this site could help me out. Here is a list of mods i have come up with.

1. A stock mod (where you could buy and sell stocks thats prices are set by admins)
2. A Resource mod (where you have to purchase plastic to make bricks, each brick costing one plastic)
3. A store mod (Have a brick or something that you can type something like /buy gun, and it will take your money and give you a gun, rather than having a player do it)

I hope some of you guys can help me out, and i have tried searching the site for these things.
ps. is there any way i can turn off the ctrl K command to kill yourself... i have a jail and people just kill themselves to escape. Thanks!
