Games / TF2: New scout weapon set idea

So i was bored one day and I thought of a good scout set
its called the Brooklyn Brawler
1) Jittery Joe (Secondary)
A cup of coffee that has the team symbol on it
You throw it like Jarate and Mad Milk, but when it hits your team mates they run 10% faster
When it hits an enemy, 60% chance of slowing, 40% chance of thier guns getting innacurate (or something else)]
There probably wouldn't be a taunt, but if there was it would be him drinking it or something
2. The News Breaker (Melee)
A rolled up news paper that you hit people with
For every hit you get, it would add a 5% crit chance (2 hits=10%, 3 hits=15, etc.)
No random crits
20% slower hits
The taunt would be him screaming "EXTRA EXTRA" or something
3. Killer Cap
A backwards hat?
I can't think of anything better

Strato's Flamer is nice, but it does not actually catch people on fire...
As in the would lose 'X' amount of health every seconds or something

The TF2 flamethrower has a good model, but does not do damage over time (or any damage at all really) I know there is an add-on out there called "sap health." It takes away 'X' amount of health after 'Y' amount of time. Someone could combine these scripts and probably make a good flamethrower. You could probably recycle the old TF2 flamethrower model and fix the script. I have almost no experience in scripting, so i cannot do this myself.  :panda:

I'm trying to make a zombie game where after you kill a zombie, you get five "bones."
You can use the bones at a shop to buy various weapons items etc.
I know how to use basic variables and make a shop, I just don't know how to make it that when you kill a zombie, you get the bones themselves.

use "spawn-homing-projectile", and "on-team1-player-touch"
when team1 steps on certain bricks around the sentry, it spawns a projectile (bullet) in theier direction
