Help / Help with port forwarding: Can't find my DNS(Xfinity)
« on: June 15, 2013, 03:27:21 AM »
I've gotten up to the point where I find my DNS thing but I'm on the Xfinity status page and I don't see any DNS. Is it called something else with Xfinity?

My ground image is 512x512, and my thumb image is 64x64.
This is what I have in the .ground file.(I don't know if it's right or not cause I don't really know coding.)
Code: [Select]
$Ground::topTexture Add-Ons/Ground_GrassPlate/GrassPlate.jpg
$Ground::scrollSpeed 0 0
$Ground::loopsPerUnit 2
$Ground::Color 255 255 255 255
$Ground:ColorMultiply 1

Attached is a picture of the folder I have my files in. To show if I'm missing anything.

I just came back to Blockland after a while, and there has been some big changes. You can change the maps ground texture for one. Ive seen that people make their own ground textures to share with the community and I was wondering, how do I make my own ground texture?

I'm trying to get my older sisters computer back to factory settings but I can't figure out how to. Its a dell inpiron 530 with windows vista home premium. Right now I tried startup repair(not sure what it is...) and it just has an "other user" log in and I can't figure out how to login.

I can afford either a Turtle beach earforce x12 or a Tritton trigger. Which has the best size/sound/durability/etc?

Off Topic / Xbox 360 headset question(google wont help)
« on: May 27, 2012, 04:55:33 AM »
I really want to find a good yet cheap headset that has in-game audio so I can immerse myself into skyrim even more. I was checking best buys site and found a good looking set for 10 bucks. It says it has "stereo" audio which sounds like it means in-game audio. Does stereo audio in headsets mean game audio? I tried Google but only found headsets for sale not any facts about what stereo audio is. I don't have internet at my house so I won't be using much chat so I wanted a headset with hand audio and the headset I got with the Xbox only with for voice chat.

TLDR if a headset has " audio" does that mean you can hear in game sounds?

Off Topic / Windows password remover?
« on: May 21, 2012, 01:38:13 PM »
I found a laptop like... 4 years ago that someone was throwing out. I brought it home and put all the keys back in and it seemed to work fine but I couldn't turn it on cause it needed charged. My uncle got a charger and charged it finally but he says it has a password. Since I found it I don't have any clue what the password could be. My grandpa has a friend who knows how to remove the password but its taking forever for them to get together and figure it out. Does anyone know a way I can remove the password myself? I don't know the OS since its been sitting at my uncles for 4 years. So if anyone knows ways to remove a password from any windows OS that would help. I would guess it would be XP or vista.

One last question until I can make up my mind. Is Jtag the only way to mod xbox 360 games?

If anyone is not too busy discussing weather Jtagging is piracy or not, I would like to say/ask something.
I have become interested in Jtagging ever since I heard you could add PC mods to your 360 if it was jtagged. I found a person who is selling a "jasper"(idk) xbox 360 that has been Jtagged by him for $195 or as a package(cables and harddrive and whatnot) for $245. Were I live we don't have any internet and the only time I can use live is when I'm staying at my dads place. And I don't think I have any online games anyway. I have two questions I would like answered, is $245 for a Jtagged console package a good deal? And if I am banned from Live does that mean I can't use the marketplace to buy things?

I'm thinking of buying an Xbox 360 someone pre-jtagged in about a week or so since I don't feel like going through the trouble to jtagging it myself. Is it worth getting a jtagged 360? I hear they can mod games like a pc can. And since I don't have a computer at my house it would be cool to be able to mod Skyrim like it was on PC. I also heard that JTagged 360s can get banned from Live. Does that mean just online gaming or will I not be able to buy games/DLC from the market anymore as well? And do JTagged systems RROD a lot?
