We need a seat-type vehicle that allows to to sit, but it can't move. It would just be a mount point. that you spawn like a normal vehicle.

Somebody should make a mini golf mod. I would do it myself, but I cannot make models to save my life. Also, torqe is confuseing to me.

I just got the VCE mod and my internet connection has blocks that only let me stay on certain websites, so I can't read the VCE in game manual(Yes, my blocks also prevent most applications from accessing the internet.) If someone would post the manual directly on the forums, or if someone already did(I couldn't find one) give me the link, I would be grateful
