I cant get specials to spawn normally only the hoard but I havent used ZAPT since I always used the Gamemode Zombies from before

Yes, there will be an option for raycasting bullets with Rykuta's patented 'sw4g' trail, raycasting bullets like from tier+tactical and HK weps, and non-raycasting bullets.

Thanks mate. I'm leaving the accuracy decisions up to Rykuta and the other beta testers, but for the most part tweaking it and finding little discrepancies should be no issue. Much of what Rykuta codes is already pretty balanced, but I'll start shoving polls onto the forum.

Ahh I see. I did have a question. From the main post it seemed like it had toggle-able ray casting. [That means hit scan vs Bullet time right?]

I assume you want to know if accuracy is within good parameters, Damage tables are not too high/low, Rate of fire, range, hit scan is good. I'd test but the truth of the matter is that, Im not on frequently due to lack of creativity to build, but I wish you luck.

Recently I was on a server that included a Flashlight that was an item. When activated if you switched to another item, the flashlight would be placed in the player's left hand. After searching on the forums I am still unable to find it. If any of you happen to have a link to where I could find it or could send it to me directly I would greatly appreciate it.

Use the Bot_Default mod. It does absolutely nothing unless you event it to.
I attempted but the Event_Bots does not function for the old bots. I had to get a new blockland recently so I dont have a working copy of the old bot events.

Well I did the Change Datablock before.
The bot attamepts to do what a normal Bot_Hole does
Paint
Wrench
Hammer
Guns
Spin(because disabled movement)

In Portal the turrets do not turn per say. They tilt a little but do not turn, being a tripod and all.
Plus It would be cool to have the sounds programed in. Think about it.
