I've owned 4 unusuals in the past,
Bubbling Trophy Belt
Bubbling Prancers Pride
Orbiting Fire Medics Mountain Cap
and a Blizzardly Storm Dreadknot.

I've only owned 1 at a time, then I decided to sell the Dreadknot for don't starve 2 pack + Promos because I was giving up
on trading since keys were skyrocketing n' stuff.

Even if it's a stuff unusual, the purple tag is nice.

Again, the problem is not the Frames, its the weird ping stuttering.
And if you want the Strange KBG, I'm feeling generous and might give it anyways.

I'm using a config made by chris, it boosted my frames up to like 100 per second and it's awesome, but low FPS is not the problem I'm having.
by lag spikes, I mean it feels like my ping boosts from 50 to 5000 for a split second every 1-5 seconds. Haven't tried those console commands yet, I'm going to now though. The console commands didn't do anything.

did you check my thing yet

If I go into Steam>Settings>Downloads, everything is default.

Automatic 1000 max pings/minute, US Seattle download region is closest to me, No limit to downloads.
I've also tried lowering and raising the max pings/minute which does nothing.

I don't think it should matter though because other games like left 4 dead 2 and Gmod run just fine.

I've been having a problem with lag since around 2 months ago.

It constantly kicks me back every 5-10 seconds, and this only happens with TF2.
It's not much, but I'll give Strange killing gloves of boxing to whoever helps me.
