Crap, I don't know where the images are on my computer, if I have them at all. I'll try to find them, but this tutorial is kind of outdated anyways. Somebody needs to make a new one (not me though, I haven't done anything BL related in ages and I got a ton of stuff going on right now).

I have a big problem with animation.
Recently, one of my weapons messed up with the magazine not being on the right part.
So I decided to take a look into it.
Well here's how it's setup-

My left hand bone is parented to the magazine bone which is parented to the gun.
For some reason, the left hand is not touching the mag when animating but instead is moving in conjunciton with it.
I'm attempting to reanimate it, and everytime I try to move to the next frame, it reverts back to the original position.


EDIT-Figured out what was wrong, I had to delete all the markers in the NLA editor.

Lol. Well I'm gonna do an animated series with somebody soon, but before that we decided we need to make a small team so we're doing an animated short first, as practice. I'm doing another animation by myself though for Machinima.

Did you make that in 3ds Max? I've been wonder how to (if it's even possible in Max) rig a face like that.

Finally finished the face rig on my minecraft character. The lips, eyelids and eyebrows are fully adjustable, and you can move the controllers on the edge of the mouth to easily create smiles, frowns, or pucker the lips. Also, most of the controllers are rotatable as well, so you can create some different shapes that way.

Hey, just wondering if something bad will happen if I try to export my vehicle without painting it (assigning materials). I just want to see if everything else works first before I paint it. Would this be OK or no?
It would work but it'll look all unshaded and reflect the sky in a weird way.

The DTS exporter link is not working properly.
I'm not sure, I don't think I can manage this topic forever. The whole post is pretty outdated actually, but I never get around to updating it. Just google around and you might find an exporter. If somebody has a link for a good one, just post it here and I'll add it to the OP.

Hey, on the vehicle part, it says: Now, for collision. This has to be a low poly outline of your model, preferably just a cube.

I'm confused on how to get the"low poly outline" of my model. Do I just add a cube or what? Really confused here :S
Well I did say preferably just a cube and it shows a cube in the picture, so just use a cube.

Also, I tried to make a new projectile but it only destroys bricks, it does'nt damage.
I have used the Adddamagetype script but it still does not work.

I'm not much of a scripter so this isn't the place to ask. As for the textures, maybe watch some tutorials because I'm not quite sure why it doesn't sometimes work. You might need to unwrap it.

I was thinking whether or not to post this, because I've gotten a bit bored with blockland and I have a large audience now. Although I don't think I'll ever leave this community, I know I don't post much but I do read the forums and occasionally I go on and play. I got started here so I really don't wanna abandon this place. Anyway here's the video :D

I think I went overboard with the scratched metal texture but it was good texture painting practice. Also used cycles to render, getting the hang of that too. It's so much easier.

So if you don't know, you can find a music disc in minecraft tagged "11" which plays creepy sound effects of a guy down in a cave. So I just took that and animated a story to it. The story is of a man who's using some sort of tracking device to get closer to you know who. (not voldemort, silly)

The video quality is pretty bad for some reason, I don't know if it'll get better but you should watch in 720p anyways :)
