Erm...I can't really decide because these aren't even in the same league..it's like comparing an apple to a table..
BUT although consoles are dumbed down they play at WAY better fps then a computer unless you feel like spending 3x a console price for one that tops it.
consoles are capped at 30fps lol
only dvd/blueray movies (played on a real dvd/blueway player, not console) can actually make use of a HDTV's higher refresh.
i think digital tv bumped the signals to 40fps, but that dont affect consoles.
