That is a pretty odd mix. Luckily she's able to accept it all.
It wasn't forced on her. Both of my parents were raised in India and my mother was raised in a Parsi household, making her Zoroastrian. Living in India and going to ashrams as well as gaining an interest in yoga brought in Buddhism and Hinduism as well.
What do they believe?
Basically it's the religion of ancient Persia that's almost extinct. (Ancient Persia meaning the ones at Thermopylae.)
Older than Judaism and pretty much invented the concept of heaven and hell.
