nah

I don't believe in god, or christianity, or any religion because it's like believing a fairy tale.

I'm agnostic. After all this arguing I really just don't care anymore.

This is the second time I'm posthing this picture today.

I worship that.
:D

Buddhist, here. Take out of that whatever you want.

my best friend is too :D

Buddhism isn't a religion, its a way of life.

Anyways, I don't follow any religion since it doesn't help me specifically in anyway. I will live, and die, I accept that much already.

Anyways, starting a fight over this is stupid, prime example of the Holy Wars back in the days since people had conflicting religions, they argued and fought over it.

Athiest ftw.

In fact the other day I made an Athiest poem for school. I'mma go dig it out.

That's what I just told my friend today. Since it's classified as a religion in a lot of places, that's why I said it here.

"I before E except after ATH."

Depends. If you're a Buddhist and believe in reincarnation I'd say that's pretty religious.

India made the Buddhism Concept as a "Way of Life". The concept of reincarnation is brought upon by the deeds you do in life when you DON'T achieve the state of Enlightenment (The state in which you become one with both Brahmin and Ahman). Buddhism is a life that makes you WANT to rid yourself of repeated reincarnation and escape it by becoming one with everything.

My family are Buddhists, only because they follow the Chinese/Vietnamese Interpretation of Buddhism (Which became a form of religion in South East Asia). I however, have read books on the subject and have come to that conclusion.

Yes, the goal of enlightenment is to end 'suffering' and dissatisfaction in life by ending the loop of reincarnation.

Buddhism didn't really start out as a new religion, but as a new way to approach Hinduism. But now it's gotten more separate from Hinduism and more like its own religion.

Regardless, traditional Buddhism requires the acceptance of beliefs that have no evidence for them and thus are accepted purely on faith.

My own mother is an odd mix of Buddhist / Zoroastrian / Hindu.

What do they believe?

That is a pretty odd mix. Luckily she's able to accept it all.
