Oblivion: Chicken suit?

I'm playing on the XBOX 360.
I have no addons/plugins. Just the single disc.

My sister's boyfriend claims that he has a friend who runs around in a chicken suit, killing people. I asked him if it was the PC version. He said no.

So, I want to know if this thing really does exist, and where, or if I need to purchase a certain addon.

Pretty much, He dislikes HL2 because it's not "realistic" and he found STALKER boring because you walk around everywhere then get into firefights.

The latter I find funny because he loves hunting which is very similar.
