Maximum Projectile Speed - v17 Suggestion/ Discussion

Fastest Bullet Speed: 1220 m/s
Average Bullet Speed: 896 m/s

Current Cap: 200 m/s

I think that we can at least raise it to 300. I'm sure that problems would occur at higher speeds.

Other max speeds can remain at 200m/s just projectile should be raised. I never liked how sniper bullets take so long to reach their targets. :c

I actually played during those times the speed limit was around 2000.

Bullets sometimes go through bricks and/or through blockheads themselves.

Instant-hit, but not always reliable.
