Author Topic: Will this computer be able to run Kingdom Hearts on an Emulator?  (Read 1309 times)

Emulators are a funny sort, Sometimes they run well sometimes they don't.

-A computer can't read game discs, because they're designed differently than traditional CD/DVD discs.

Yes it can. I have a PS1 emulator that I use discs with all the time, and I've used a PS2 emulator with discs.

PS2 emulators don't quite work 100% yet, So I'd just buy a new cable for your PS2.

They work fine, you just need a pretty good computer.

Oh I should add, both comps in the OP won't run a PS2 emulator well, if at all.

Yeah but that's not the same thing at all
I know, I just need a better something to use as a TV.

Oh,

I guess this means I have to spend more monies D:
Do you have other suggestions which aren't too expensive? (At least lower then 1000) :o

Ignore my post, I was talking out of my ass. I wasn't aware at all that PC CD drives could read PS1&2 discs.

At least you admit when you're wrong. 90% of this forum would rather cry and ragequit than admit to their mistake.

Or bring up irrelevant points to somehow enforce their original point.

On a side note, at my local thrift shop, they had a decent PS2 in there, and was selling it for $30. Kinda surprised me that a ps2 would end up there of all places.
