OK, sell it over Xbox Live, Wiiware, or the Playstation Network.
I'm not sure about Live but all the games in PSN and the Wii store seem to be rated by the ESRB

The gamestop in my town just says. "Okay have a good time" one you buy it.

No lectures nothing. Not even you're not old enough to purchase this.

Well perhaps they require game rating then. I don't know about the console services.

I honestly can't remember if I've ever gone to a movie/game shop IRL.

They do rate Arcade games though. Atleast I'm pretty sure.

I went to gamestop to get just cause 2 yesterday, and there was a nintendo representitive having a conference, there were like 40 people crammed into a small space. It was amazing.

I bought deadspace with my dad
no employee said anything like “HEY this game has undead people, violence, disturbing themes, foul language, and enough blood in each corpse to fill an anime character”

was the policy not enforced then or what?
