Autowriter is a thing where you type @bt XXXX and it spells the message in bricks.
@bt AFK would spell AFK in all capitals in bricks. Pretty handy.

M brother was on yesterday anyways PeopleMods_CityRP requires CityRP by Jookia not Ibans Im perment banned from IRC for asking who was link Blockbot.I have Every City RP and its version incept Demians Pitfalls and Wickeds cityrp.

I found my old package of Jookia's scripts he gave me a while back, including his RPG, that PeoplesMod one, etc.

These are all public add-ons.
And they're not even good.
Also, cityrp, espically without those things you mentioned, really wasn't a huge or complicated mod, it could easily be remade to a non-failed version, which I believe is what the RP Content system by McTwist was supposed to be, not that I've ever downloaded any RP mods.

Are you sure? I enabled it and opened an internet game. Nothing. Nada. It didn't load. Is there like a base peoplesmod file (Example, RP content all needs RP core. Does Peoplesmod_CityRP need a base file?

It is nothing like that.
Jookia's cityrp mod disables itself automatically if your server is not dedicated.
There are NO required add-ons.
