What it does is highlights the build you want say like your house from a city rp.
Copys that places it into the bag. Then say you made a new city rp but you want to use your old house you open up the build bag from the gui or something and click your build and it shows the base like the duplicator and you can place your save where ever,
I do understand that this would be extremely hard to code but would be very very useful.
