Ultima needs help hosting minecraft!

I need help hosting on minecraft.
You know how you have to run it with this line?
java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui
Well, according to the site it doesn't matter where minecraft_server.jar is, it will work.
So I opened terminal and copypasta'd it.
It says "Unable to access jarfile minecraft_server.jar".
Help!

1. Make a folder named server.
2. Put minecraft_server.jar in it.
3. Take on of you're saves and rename it World and place in the folder named server.
4. Use jar.
5. ???
6. Profit.

Should work, though I've never hosted.

I think it auto generates a map for you though, it was just loading saying "preparing spawn, 69%.."

Well if you had a save you want to use rename it World and place it in there.
